About the Event

Are you experiencing challenges adjusting to mama life? Are you wondering what other families breastfeeding experience is like?  Do you have new breastfeeding questions everyday? Are you home alone with your little one & seeking adult conversation? Your experience is unique and you are not alone. Join the Empowered Mama's Club for mother-to-mother support.

Meetings are held online every Saturday afternoon. Led by Kansas City based Certified Lactation Consultant, Vanessa Watson, sole owner and operator of Empowered Mama Lactation LLC.

What to expect:

  • Meet & greet
  • Brief formal topic review
  • Share any part of your experience you desire
  • Answers to questions
  • Guidance for appropriate follow up as needed
  • A village of mothers to uplift you through your journey
